				Greatest customer service ever received, making the entire process easier then I ever imagined. Pam and Don are very respectful, patient and helpful. I love my Okna Windows! My home no longer has the cold drafts and much quieter than my old windows when it comes to the neighbors dogs. Best of all, we have noticed the heat and air doesn't come on as often as before.

				Could not have any negative comments if I hunted for them. The only thing I would change was mostly my fault as I did not speak to both people involved to see if we were all on the same page. But even with that, Don put it so it was in my favor and regulated to surpass my expectations.

				Replaced builder grade windows with energy saving Low E-3 vinyl windows, and now that summer has arrived (July), I can now report that these windows played a tremendous part in making my unbearable hot bedroom, into a much cooler and comfortable room, and not just the my bedroom but in all of the upstairs, Hats Off to American Windows, and thanks for recommending the energy saving windows.

				Don was fantastic - knowledge, follow up with men on the job. Kim and his men were outstanding work study for 8 hours and got our beautiful windows installed in one day seems like a very good windows and good installation job and Don had all the answers what sold us other than Don,   it was having the showroom store. We tell everyone about our windows. We had 12 windows installed.
